Wonderful progress.......
Sophie had her IV taken out last night. She is getting 2 ounces each feeding now. She is sucking her pacifier better. She has been moved from the warming bed to a crib. Remember that was the first thing that had to happen on our list of accomplishments in the process of being released from the NICU. Just a start, but we had to start somewhere. Sinthya is patiently breast feeding, one time a day. So we are working our way into improving her sucking. PATIENCE is the big word for the day. Sophie is making progress, and we are so happy with her. Her wrists are improving with each new day, now that the braces are on. We continue to have our prayers answered and our faith increased. Better get ready to go to the hospital for the 12:00 pm clustering. Love you Sophie, she is still writing her own story. Grandma Welch
